Disoronno Sour
25ml lemon juice
1 egg white (25 ml)
12.5ml (or less) Sugar Syrup
50ml Disoronno
Dash chocolate bitters

Put ingredients in shaker glass with one ice cube. Rock to froth egg white, then shake until ice melted

Fill with ice and shake

Strain - need to try and get foam off cubes.

Tuaco Sour 
Nigella mentioned Tuaca in relation to some Christmas dish. I was making the recipe (can't remember what it was now), and I had trouble getting hold of it. I managed to get some from an off licence some distance away, in a village I was visiting. Tuaca is a vanilla citrus liqueur, most popular in Brighton apparently.  

25ml lemon juice
1 egg white (25 ml)
more than 12.5 ml but less than 25ml sugar syrup
50ml Tuaca
Dash Angostura bitters
